The 28-year-old Jesse van Wieren, who was found dead in a garden in Kloosterburen, may be buried alive. This is evident from the preliminary autopsy raport of Dutch Forensic Institute (NFI).
From the autopsy report of the NFI also shows that Van Wieren was punched, beaten, edited with an iron bar, stabbed with a knife and tried to strangle him. Writing RTV Noord. Then buried Jesse. There is the report not be ruled out that Jesse at that time was still alive.
Jesse was missing since New Year morning, Friday January 1st. Wednesday, January 6 was found his body buried in the garden of a house in the High Street in Kloosterburen.
Monday is first proforma session of the trial. Because there are additional investigations, the matter is still not treated substance. The next hearing is about three months. The case will not be substantively discussed after the summer.
Arrest
Tuesday evening, January 5, the police arrested the 25-year Rhowan P. of Kloosterburen and the 27 year old Desirée out on Calvary. They have a relationship and are suspected of involvement in the disappearance of Jesse van Wieren.
P. relies Monday during the trial in severe weather, but according to the OM there is murder. Severe weather is not an issue at this time, the public prosecutor relies on a statement by co-defendant Desirée G.
New Year
Research has shown that the 25-year-old suspect was put during the New Year from the pub in Kloosterburen where Jesse was. The police would have been associated. According to a witness, there was at one point a lot of police presence in the pub.
The suspect would be put out of the bar after he caught the barman's throat. Possibly here is a link with the death of Van Wieren. Section found on the body, forensic investigations and hearings should tell what exactly is the involvement of the arrested duo.
