Eight people who left discriminatory and inflammatory remarks in January on a Facebook page to pay a fine. The administrator of the page "Support the PVV," posted an article from the Telegraph about a petrol bomb which was thrown at a mosque Swedish.
The reactions were then perceived by several organizations as insulting and threatening. Several times was the reporting. The Public Prosecutor therefore decided to investigate the responses.
Discriminatory
Specialists of the Public Prosecution in Amsterdam ruled that some reactions are indeed discriminatory and inflammatory. Therefore fines are imposed between 350 and 450 euros. If a fine is not paid, the offender must still appear before the magistrate.
Someone who called for violence against mosques and mosque-goers do not need to come to court. The prosecution believes that he has already been punished enough because he lost his job by his statements on Facebook.
