The agreements that the Dutch tax authorities has made with the American coffee chain Starbucks can unacceptable. The European Commission comes to that conclusion after researching tax deals by Governments with multinationals, reports the German newspaper Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung.

The tax arrangements of Fiat in Luxembourg are inadmissible, writes the newspaper. The agreements of Apple and Amazon with the Irish and Luxembourg tax service are still subject of research.
The controversial appointments are controversial because large international companies as a result, very few pay taxes, despite their sometimes massive gains. So Starbucks paid according to the Financial Times between 600,000 and 1 million, while the company 1 billion euro profit made in 2012. For the European Commission is tackling tax evasion a spear point.

Probably have to pay the companies the tax paid too little. Minister Dela Cruz left last year already know the policy if it is not acceptable. When the European Commission already ruled that Starbucks likely to pay little tax. Next week follows a final verdict.
