Research
The committee's first Winter does research on violence in child welfare between 1945 and now. The seven members shall include maps or enough resources for scientific research and whether there are signs of systematic violence in youth. The committee has until May the time to research. Then the Cabinet will decide whether there will be a large-scale investigation. If that happens, expect the winter there is also a hotline.
