Since the introduction of the Stoplight Covenant, in 2012, fifteen rogue clients were excluded.

Last week, a man was arrested shortly after he had put his signature on a brokerage under a lease. He appeared to use false papers.

Last summer was already another man arrested after a tip from a broker. The police suspect that he had plans to start a marijuana plantation in the rental house.

Through the Stoplight Covenant allows brokers to submit the name of a prospective tenant to the police, who then 'green light' or 'red light' provides for the transaction. This opinion gives the police on the basis of background investigation.

If the police know that the tenant is someone who deals with organized crime, the agency warned. As necessary to prevent housing and business in the private sector are used by organized crime for criminal activities or as a hiding place.

Police gave advice thirty times
Every year the police are asked for advice about thirty times since July 2012 and brokers were about fifteen customers a warning from the police. The municipality is involved in the covenant: for 'phantom citizens' counter, become tenants at the broker registered directly in the Municipal Administration.

The covenant is a success, says the police: "We see in several studies that criminals do everything to move as anonymous as possible through the region. A house plays an important role. Through the agreement, we can prevent crimes, so we put this strategy continues unabated. "
