Crisis Consultation justice and police assaults Cologne to New Year

Representatives of the city of Cologne of Justice and the Federal Police consider Tuesday about the assaults that took place during New German cathedral city. The authorities were given until now more than sixty declaration, of which a quarter of sexual offenses.
