British music legend David Bowie unexpectedly deceased

The British singer, actor and music legend David Bowie (69) is deceased. On his official website is the message he is deceased after a 18-month battle against cancer in the presence of his family.

His son Duncan Jones said on Twitter. "Very sad, but it's true. I am temporarily offline."

His death comes unexpectedly. Bowie had not known that he was seriously ill. Dramatist Ivo van Hove knew it, because he worked with Bowie on his music theater Lazarus.
