Digital only contact with the government? That is not allowed

It should always be possible to communicate by ordinary mail to the government, which should never be replaced completely digital. That takes the national ombudsman.

Especially the elderly and the vulnerable could suffer in society through the digitization of the government, such as the disappearance of the blue envelope. When Nieuwsuur ombudsman said Reinier van Zutphen nothing against digitization, but there must always be other options.
