Kidnappers heavily penalized than crook they seized

The two fishmongers Koos de Jong and Kees Romkes who seized a swindler and clung for hours, like a heavier prison sentence for 'kidpnapping' get then get their victim to scams.

The prosecutor demanded Wednesday in Lelystad months probation cell against the "kidnappers" while the scammer and his accomplice contingent of 120 hours of community service demands heard.

The two fishmongers who played their own right and the crooks catch those heard harsher penalties requirements: four months suspended jail for Koos de Jong and two months suspended jail for Kees Romkes. ,, Kidnapping outweighs scams, '' said the Prosecutor.
