The St. Anna Hospital in Geldrop is embarrassed because the data of thousands of patients have been lying for a month on the street.
The hospital has informed the affected patients in a letter.
Hotline Omroep Max informed the hospital Thursday that editors of the consumer program at the data could come from 4559 patients. These are documents with names, dates of birth, file number and particulars of the specialty.

A spokesman for the St. Anna Hospital is puzzled how the editors were able to find the file. "The link to the file was on a separate server. You have to know where to look." The spokesman stressed that the file was not hidden on the website of the hospital.
