According to the prosecutor Ceulen found himself "in the highest echelons of international pedophile networks ''. He was ten days ago sentenced to nineteen years in prison .

Cambodia
Businessman Ceulen based in Antwerp was not present during his sentencing. He's probably fled to Cambodia .

It was the second time Ceulen escaped. After a previous conviction he could slip in 2013 to Cambodia because of an administrative error. There he would then again have molested young children.

Ceulen is a son of Dutch diplomats and was born in what was then Saigon in Vietnam. The man built later in Antwerp from a management company. He traveled or arranged to Cambodia and built in the city of Siem Reap a luxury villa as a second residence. He would have been spotted there.

Amersfoort

The man has previously stated that his "sexual deviation" is because he was sexually abused by a brother at the age of 12. That would have happened at the Amersfoort boys' boarding St. Louis. That was according to Dutch media in the 50s and 60s decor years of sexual abuse by dozens of boys.
