A 18-year old student last Wednesday abused and mistreated at the Blue Steenweg in Westmaas. This was reported to the police.
They cycled there when a young man, also on the bike, overtook her. He forced her to stop, after which she was kicked, beaten and abused.

A motorist found the victim on the ground, stopped and helped her. The suspect went there on his bike off to Westmaas. He is still at large.
This is according to the police a young blacks man who spoke fluent Dutch. He wore a dark shorts or sweatpants and had a dark-colored coat. The young woman has been offered both medical and psychological assistance.
Runners in the Hoekschewaard in recent days, both visible and unrecognizable, were present in the immediate vicinity of the Blue roadway. The police reported that in the coming days remains so.
