Bart U. gonna make a statement about his involvement in the assassination of former minister Els Borst.
He has Thursday morning in court informed. The judge suspended the hearing to the statement behind closed doors.
His lawyer Noelle Pieterse knew last week that he wanted to explain. Earlier he promised, but when he finally told nothing. "Now he really wants to make a statement," said his counsel.
U. yourself this morning entered the courtroom with a stack of papers. He looked much thinner than in previous sessions. With trembling knees he followed the brief morning session. At 14:00 the matter continues.
As previously known, he has his sister stabbed to death early last year in their joint property to the Rotterdam Oudedijk.
