"Murder without a body: DNA trace in disappearance case '

There is an important DNA trace found in case of missing Zwollenaar Habib M'Hedhbi (43). M'Hedhbi disappeared in 2000 and his body has still not been found.

The then 43-year-old M'Hedhbi disappeared in June 2000. A few days later, traces of blood were found in a house in Lelystad. Weesp was a garbage bag on fire, containing the license, the bloody clothes and the keys to Zwolle.
 
In 2000, three suspects were arrested, but the judge she let go for lack of a body from M'Hebhdi. Since then there have been several convictions in murder cases where no body was found. The DNA which now has been found, is of a different, a fourth person.
