The first room is going to again talk about the new media law. A number of Parties requested a third term of the debate and then the use of this happening, reports a spokesman.
Tuesday is the final decision on the reopening. That will then take place Tuesday or next week. State Secretary Sander Dekker (Media) wants to modernise the public broadcasting system, but should be quite aanpassenom his plan to the wishes of the Senate.
Additional law Davis would like to arrange with a supplementary law changes, which should again by both chambers. At the same time, he wants the first Room yet already agrees with the whole media law. Some components act according to him than not yet in operation. That's different than ordinary ' repair ' legislation.
But this is not true and is contrary to the Constitution, say State scholars Douwe Ebenezer and Frank de Vries. They sought this out at the request of 50PLUS.
