The court began Monday on the appeal of Benaouf A., who got ten years for his role in the liquidation of the Amsterdam Moroccan criminal Najeb Bouhbouh in October 2012 in Antwerp. A. hopes "to clear his name," Justice will once again a hefty penalty.
Who is that "head" about whom criminal friends Benaouf A. had recently deciphered in mail traffic from the encrypted smartphone A.'s good friend Souhail Laachir? In the days before Laachir would be shot in May 2013 at Waterfront dance party at the Maritime Museum, emailed who was arrested with others on 'stress' as a helper of the group. The fear was that helper would talk to the police and that the "head", in their words, "the dick 'would be - and ultimately themselves.
The "conversations" between Benaouf A.'s friends revealed that she informed remarkable were the menacing charge that had to do with the group liquidating Najeb Bouhbouh. That was weeks before justice that would bring suspicion by Benaouf A. arrest for his involvement in the liquidation. The group possessed about as "offender information 'means information only perpetrators or their entourage could carry. For Advocate General Martijn van Elsdingen is clear: the "head" of whom go contacts, A. Benaouf must be.
Murdered friends

Benaouf A. hopes appealed "to clear his name," he told the court.
'Triple punishment'
He sits for some time at a high-security section of the prison De Schie in Rotterdam than 22 hours in the cell, "staring at the wall." "If you're innocent, feels like a triple punishment.
