Besides the houses - for 90 percent of apartments, single family homes the rest - it is five hundred parking places and four commercial properties. The buildings are not only in Amsterdam, but also in Zwolle, Dordrecht and Den Bosch.

The portfolio is sold by Holland Immo Group, which manages real estate funds which may invest individuals.

Objection
Patrizia was active on the Dutch housing market two years ago after it for 577 million euros5490 rental properties purchased from the faltering housing corporation Vestia. Because part thereof fell below the limit for social housing, the municipalities concerned were there to give permission.

Including Amsterdam did that for 280 homes in Northern, but a number of municipalities, including Oostzaan and Arnhem, still opposes the transaction.

Kalverstraat
Patrizia had then been able to have available at least two billion euros for purchases in the Netherlands. The German real estate company opened for this purpose a branch in Amsterdam.

Last year, bought it for 340 million one hundred retail, some in Amsterdam's Kalverstraat. In addition, it now develops rental housing, including in The Hague.
