The weekly column of Luuk Koelman was published Thursday in Metro. The editors refused the article.
In the column Koelman claims weblog Geenstijl seized the Ukraine-referendum "to prove its own existence." Parent company Telegraaf Media Groep (TMG) Geenstijl would have put on sale the end of 2014 because it is not a return of.
Metro is like Geenstijl part of TMG and to have decided not to award the column that reason, says editor Robert van Brandwijk. Incidentally, not before Koelman asked to adjust the column.

It is not the first time that a column of Koelman not get the newspaper. In 2013, Metro refused a piece in which Koelman Princess Beatrix put words into the mouth of her son Friso.
A year earlier removed the newspaper after a storm of criticism in which a column Koelman name of journalist Mariska de Haas a fake open letter wrote to the parents of Tim Ribberink, who made his life an end after serious harassment.
Or the state of affairs has consequences for the relationship between Metro and Koelman could Brandwijk not say. "I'll think about it. And Luuk Koelman fixed too."
