The trooper was looking in the area of TNO in The Hague to a stranger.
The man knew according to Omroep West to reach the heavily guarded site where four bunkers are where explosives are stored.
Several vehicles were sent to the area to track down the man, but that was not found. There is also searching for him with a police helicopter.
According to TNO, the man has not been at or in the bunkers.
