The investigation into the criminal case against PVV politician Geert Wilders continues. That particular court Thursday.
The lawyer Wilders, Geert-Jan Knoops, had asked the court to suspend because of the leak of his pleadings. According to the court it is up to the defense to self-initiate an investigation into the leak.
FAIR HEARING
Most of the requests of the defense were rejected. So no additional experts will be appointed. Even expert and forensic psychologist Peter van Koppen and Head terrorism Dick Schoof will not be enabled. Despite all the denials in court guarantees a fair trial.
The next session will take place on 26 May.
