"More expensive VVV prides itself out of the market '

Shopkeepers keep from July 1 to about less tourist vouchers to redeem clients in their case.

The company behind the tourist voucher increases the fee to pay 24,000 acceptors per plated coupon of 4.5 to 6 percent.

This raises indignation at shopkeepers. Industry association INretail into question the need for the increase. The VVV sales increased in accordance with the interests last year to a record 128.7 million.

The current low interest rates lead Van Wijk problems. ,, Therefore we are likely to get into the red. On commission from the merchants stay hardly anything about it because the commission we pay to sellers of the voucher is almost as high. ''

Van Wijk: ,, We understand the disappointment of retailers, but they still benefit from the voucher. Four out of ten customers who submits a voucher to pay for items spend in total more than the value of the voucher. ''
