PVV leader Geert Wilders has announced this evening to submit a bill in the debate on the referendum outcome, which the previous parliamentary approval of the treaty is undone.

The SP believes that the treaty no longer exists. "The voters have a valid referendum said a large majority no", argues SP Member of Parliament Van Bommel. "Then you must do what the voters. I ask the government to come up with a bill within five days that the treaty is off the table."

Several parties - Labour PvdA, SP, PVV and CDA - said before the referendum that sufficient turnout should respect the outcome. CDA leader Sybrand Buma expects the government at any time a proposal is not to ratify the treaty.

"Not quite rollback '
Respect the voter does in the eyes of the Labour Party is not that Ukraine Treaty must be reversed. "The voter has indicated that the objections are in the treaty," said Labour leader Diederik Samson. "There is fear that the treaty is a prelude to EU membership, the defense section means that the Netherlands military must come to the rescue as Ukraine is at war. To those objections must meet the cabinet."

The government gets from the PvdA plenty of space to find a solution. According to a letter from Minister Bert Koenders of Foreign Affairs, the Cabinet with a proposal by September. Must first be negotiated with Ukraine, the EU countries and the parties in parliament. In June, the first EU summit where the issue is discussed. Samson expects only nodes can be cut at the next EU summit in September.
