That says Herna Verhagen top woman this morning in an interview with the newspaper.According to the boss of PostNL , the package market "dramatically change" over the coming years and "it belongs to a corps package deliverers track of who is more a labor contract with TNT."

filling fridge
These sweeping changes are mainly due to the changing demands of consumers. "You get a different type of service. We place a refrigerator and take the old man with it. A consumer wants to once a week, refrigerator will be filled."

"These are logical work package deliverers. Then you need a certain stability, a group of people who deliver high quality," said Verhagen. "A familiar face you in a friendly state."

bogus
The new policy PostNL also hopes to put an end to the fuss around bogus. The company often under fire because the package delivery personnel would be too little pay to let them go as freelancers to work. The unions here were critical, because these people, in practice, no businesses were, but permanent workers with poor working conditions.

All freelance delivery drivers have already received the offer last year to enter the service.About 10 percent of 120 people, would then have gone in. The remaining freelancers have received better working conditions.

The new policy is a "million investment" involved. What exactly is going to cost, is not known.
