Bhatinda - A father has the 17-year-old boy, eight-month-old daughter would be raped, punished himself. He tied him to a tree and cut off his hands.
That happened Tuesday after a court hearing about the rape, report local media. The father would be the guy who comes from the same village, have offered to discuss a settlement and took him away.
Along the way, however, the man fell to the boy. He tied him to a tree and cut off both his hands. Then the man left and he left the heavily bleeding boy. The victim was later found by local residents, who called an ambulance. He is in critical condition in hospital.
The father would be still at large.
The boy is accused of the then eight-month-old girl to have raped. The boy was fourteen years old. He would be caught by the mother of the girl.
