Nearly 40 percent of expulsions failed asylum seekers

Nearly 40 percent of the number planned expulsions of asylum seekers has been canceled at the last minute.

The NRC Next report based on figures that requested the newspaper to the Ministry of Security and Justice.

In 2015, continued in 1225 of the 3165 plane booked places unused because the foreigners did not show up for their deportation.

File and amok
Also fail evictions by military police with the failed asylum seeker on the way to the airport to get stuck in traffic. Some evictions have to be demolished because the foreigner makes amok during the flight.

Sometimes lawyers managed to prevent the eviction at the last minute with a lawsuit. In 2013, the percentage of failed lending was around 30 percent.
