Father refuses' vacation penalty "to pay for child

With the whole family on vacation can differ schedule be quite a tough task, especially because children are tied to school.

He received this hefty fine for unauthorized his 6-year-old daughter took on a family trip to Walt Disney World, Florida. Platt filed a lawsuit and had no problem he would be possible lost almost 13 thousand pounds in legal fees. "The price of the holiday did not matter, it's the principle," said Platt in Good Morning Britain.

"I've been trying for ten years to find a way we can get away with the whole family.Eventually fifteen people could join. The price was the same as we say a week had flown before. "

For the money it's Platt does not do. He finds that the law has ensured that he got the penalty is not okay. This law requires that parents make sure their children "regularly" go to school. Pratt says that the law does not limit him to take his kids on vacation outside of the regular school.

NOT A CRIME

Platt says he has committed no crime and that therefore he does not want to pay. It is not the first time that the father used this loophole in the law to take on a trip his daughter. He was previously penalties for taking his kids to Disneyland Paris and Lapland during the Christmas season. Even when Platt was fined by the Isle of Wight council that he finally did not have to pay.
