America is the arms embargo against Viet Nam after fifty years. President Obama has announced Monday that during his visit to Hanoi.

The Asian country, in the 1960s and 1970s, the great enemy of the u.s., had repeatedly called for lifting of the arms embargo. America weighed the human rights situation in Viet Nam against the threatening attitude of China in respect of Viet Nam in the South China Sea.

Obama is the third American president to visit Viet Nam since the tapes were cited, in 1995.

The arms embargo already eased America in 2014 to the maritime security of the country to help strengthen. Since then should material that is intended for defensive purposes at sea all Viet Nam from America to be exported.
