The attack on the OVV-carried out with nepservers-was designed to obtain credentials of researchers. That would not have succeeded.

Claim it is not the first time Russia is accused of cyber attacks. 33 survivors from Australia recently served, New Zealand and Malaysia a criminal complaint at the European Court of human rights. In the 3,500-page claim their lawyer accuses Russia of involvement in the online attack.
