Flowers after drama in Zelhem

ZELHEM - The day after the tragedy in Zelhem which a 4-year-old boy was killed by a car thief, put his flowers at the scene of the accident.

A family from Stolwijk was on his way home from a camping trip when they were hit head-on after a reckless overtaking maneuver of a 38-year-old man from Doetinchem.

"Rest in peace little one," reads one of the abandoned cards. There are also flowers, stuffed animals and toys at the scene of the crime.Many people who come there are silent to observe a moment of silence.

The wegpiraat which the death of the boy on his conscience has interrogated today. What happened just before the car thief at high speed crashed the family car, is not yet fully clear.

Car psychologist

The driver in question has the white Volvo under threat of a knife cheat made from a psychologist prosecutor who was visiting him at that time. The man was suspected of threatening and driving.
