Man must pay EUR 195 Schiphol-Amsterdam

A 27-year-old taxi driver has been arrested after he a traveller counted 195 euro for a ride from Schiphol to Amsterdam.

After the short drive from Schiphol to Amsterdam was a 22-year-old traveler faced with a nasty surprise when he faced a bill of no less than 195 euros. Ultimately, the amount was even higher when it appeared that the taxi driver also gave back no further change.

SCAMS
When the man at the taxi driver asked why he had to pay so much money, the driver told that airport tax to come. Then he showed the amount on a screen that was not the taximeter.

The driver is Friday, July 8, after declaration of the passenger, detained by the police for fraud. He has his driver's anyway lost twelve weeks, the police said. Police are investigating undertook with Environment and Transport Inspectorate or the driver other fraudulent acts.

HIGH PRICES
