A mentally handicapped man from Tubbergen is probably eight years long mistreated and exploited by three people. The man had to work seven days a week sixteen hours long, without a fee.
The man all had to do chores for the couple, such as at home and on their cleaning company. He was assaulted as he did his job properly. He was locked up at night. He has also to the real owners to keep outside shot probably a business, a home and a number of vehicles had to his name. There were still several open fines.
The man is ultimately stepped to the police to report the exploitation. The public prosecutor's Office and the Inspection of SOCIAL AFFAIRS have this week in this case a house in Tubbergen and a retail space in the Almelo searched.
Three arrests three people, the couple and their son, have been detained according to Tubantia. The son could be released again soon because he probably barely anything to do with the case. The man and woman are in custody for two weeks. Also there is administration confiscated.
