A Dutch girl (8) was raped last night at a campsite in the French region of Saint-Alban-Auriolles, as French media report. The girl slept in a tent next to the home of her parents when she was attacked. The parents heard around 3:00 am screaming at night.
The Dutch family stayed at the place west of Montelimar on a family camping along the river La Beaume. Around three o'clock in the morning the parents heard loud screaming from the tent where the daughter was sleeping alone, has confirmed the French judiciary. They would be attacked by a stranger.
An initial medical examination at the hospital confirmed in accordance with justice that there has been "sexual contact." After the examination the girl could be reunited with her parents.

Almost immediately after the incident at night alerted the police. A unit of more than 30 agents has since been looking for the culprit.
