Family abused girl (8) must not make French campsite

The parents of the 8-year-old Dutch girl have reported sexual assault on a camp site in the French region of Saint-Alban-Auriolles (Ardèche). The girl would be attacked in the night of Monday to Tuesday when she slept alone in the tent next to the home of her parents. The family can not leave the camp and interrogated today by the French police.

Says the owner of camping Du Vieux Pont at AD reporter Frank Renout. The woman guides the Dutch family in contacts with the police and says there is no question of rape of the girl, something French media have reported last night.

The family itself and other Dutch on a family camping along the river La Beaume avoid any contact with the press. Journalists are not allowed on the campsite.
