Women with anorexia may not see her nephew and niece and throws life

Three years ago, Jessica Clutterbuck still lived on bananas, watermelon and a diet coke. She sported three times daily and paired size 32, but then forbade her brother yet to see her niece and nephew. "He did not think she met someone who was dying."

It all started when she was a teenager, she tells the Daily Mail . "As a child I was always a little chubby, I liked to eat new things. But I was fourteen I fell off twelve kilos during the holidays. Then I discovered that eating less means less roads."

"From that age fluctuated my weight. But I was nineteen I went from size 40 to size 34 by burning 1,000 calories each day on the treadmill while fasting."

She managed to get back, and a few years they remained at a healthy weight. But on her 23th, three years ago, she stopped eating again. She was thinner than she had ever been and used laxatives to lose weight as much as possible.

Bananas and watermelon

"I lived on a diet of bananas, watermelon and Diet Coke. Every day I walked a half hours home and I sported twice a day. I cleaned continuously even the house to burn extra calories."

Her weight loss had an impact on the relationship with her boyfriend, her family and friends."I could not eat if there was someone in, and made sure that my relationship and a half years came to an end."

Her brother said she was not allowed to see her niece and nephew, because he did not want them met someone who was going to die. "When I looked at my niece and I thought, I love you so much this girl, and when I'm with her all, what would I feel about my own child?"

Diagnosis

But until they took good care of herself, she could not have a child. When she realized that, she decided to show herself to a clinic, where she was immediately diagnosed with anorexia nervosa.

There she learned to eat again. Within a year she was ten kilos, and meanwhile she is back to a healthy weight. She now sports fanatic and also met her current boyfriend in the gym. "I now eat 2450 calories a day, and if I have a snack sense, I just eat something."

"I really think that exercise is the most underrated antidepressant. It can change your whole outlook on life."
