Dutch investigation team to Bonaire for killing cop

The police sends a special investigation team of fifteen to twenty people to Bonaire. The team will have to do research there as soon as possible to the death of 45-year-old Dutch policeman.

The Dutch Team scale Detection provides official assistance to the Police Corps of the Caribbean Netherlands. The corps that had previously submitted a request for assistance, police confirmed. The Police Corps Caribbean Netherlands holds the lead in the investigation. The Dutch team consisting of people from various disciplines from several units, leave as soon as possible for a period of six weeks to ship.

Mortally wounded
The 45-year-old runner, who worked on Bonaire since 2013, Wednesday was shot deadduring a pursuit. The man had gone off with colleagues on a report of a robbery in a house.When police arrived, the robbers fled. The Dutchman ran after the perpetrators. In a firefight leaving arose the man was killed. He was still taken to hospital, but doctors could not save him.

According to the public concerned a violent robbery which include child was threatened with a firearm. Escaped the perpetrators.

Reward
The Prosecution Bonaire has a reward of $ 10,000 (about 8800 euros) offered for the tip that leads to the arrest of the person who shot the officer.
