The woman was arrested when she wanted to travel to Syria, according to research by the local newspaper BN De Stem.
It was intended that she would marry there with a warrior IS. On the mobile phone of the woman were found reports of terrorists who were on their way to the Netherlands and Belgium.

She discussed with female IS-sympathizers the idea of an attack at the Efteling. She wrote that "The Netherlands needs a gift that looks like what did the brothers in Paris and Brussels.
The prosecution has confirmed the arrest of the woman. She is accused of "participation in an organization with the aim of committing terrorist offenses. The prosecution would not confirm that Efteling has been a serious target.
