Northern Netherlands court test a form of rapid, oral, accessible and cheaper justice. It involves the consultation of judges, who try in conversation with citizens or businesses to find a solution. The trial begins this week.
The test starts with eight consultation judges. The Parties during a call, not a solution, it follows there still a verdict. The procedure does not require a lawyer. The costs are lower than normal, which is half of the lowest court fees. For both parties the costs are consequently amounted to 39.50 euros.

Other tests
