Ajax announced on Thursday that Stanley Menzo immediately set to work as head of youth satellite club Ajax Cape Town.
The former goalie include Ajax, PSV and Orange is looking forward to his new adventure in South Africa.
Menzo the past decade was active as a coach include AGOVV SC Cambuur and Lierse SK. Now he goes to work in a very different function. Why it seems to him a challenge? "As a coach, you are always working on developing a team of players.
Now I get the chance to develop players with a lot of potential for Ajax. Or help develop, "he says in conversation with the NIS.
"That's a real challenge, and also:. A city, country ... That's very nice," Menzo continues. "I'm going to do in the first instance for two years. We see if it suits both sides. Hopefully we then go for a long time.
