Russia has in a letter to the UN Dutch Dutch Safety Board (OVV) accused of bias in the investigation into the sinking of the MH17. According to the letter, the Dutch have the information that the Russians have provided systematically ignored.

The letter to the International Civil Aviation Organisation is dated on 16 september. The Malaysian newspaper New Straits Times writes today. Tomorrow the OVV publishes his findings.

Conclusions to facts according to the letter, the OVV the principles of solid research with contempt by not from the facts to conclusion, but by from a conclusion to the facts. The OVV would have wanted to prove that the unit of Malaysia Airlines was destroyed by a Buk-rocket that was launched from rebel area.

From that bias has the OVV Russia according to the detailed information that is supplied by the manufacturer of the Rifle. It would have led to conclusions that are contrary to the common sense and impossible to reconcile with the actual performance of the Buk-installations. On the basis of the data of the OVV Russia there is no evidence that flight MH17 is brought down by a Buk-rocket.

Simulation the argumentation in the letter will also use Russia as possible tomorrow in his response to the reports of the OVV. Netherlands has always tried to involve the Russians in the investigation and to Russia not to dispose of, but that doesn't seem to be successful. Russia has July a Dutch resolution in the UN Security Council blocked for the creation of a UN Tribunal. Russia made known Friday that tomorrow will show its own simulation of the plane crash.

The OVV will not answer the question of guilt tomorrow. However, the OVV probably say that the MH17 is brought down by a Russian-made rocket that is fired Buk-from territory that was in the hands of the pro-Russian rebels.

The CSS shall forward the presentation of the reports from 12:30 p.m. live on NPO1. On NPO provides the NOS Radio 1 an additional broadcast from 1 pm. On NOS.nl as well as there is a live blog.
