Russia has in a letter to the UN Dutch Dutch Safety Board (OVV) accused of bias in the investigation into the sinking of the MH17. According to the letter, the Dutch have the information that the Russians have provided systematically ignored.
The letter to the International Civil Aviation Organisation is dated on 16 september. The Malaysian newspaper New Straits Times writes today. Tomorrow the OVV publishes his findings.
Conclusions to facts according to the letter, the OVV the principles of solid research with contempt by not from the facts to conclusion, but by from a conclusion to the facts.
