Tbs'er: perhaps had sex with Nicole van den Hurk

The tbs'er suspected of the rape and murder of Nicole van den Hurk in 1995 says that it is quite possible that he had sex with her, but he can not remember. In court in Den Bosch he denied again that he killed her.

Today is the first day of the substantive proceedings. The 15-year-old girl disappeared in October 1995. Her body was found a month later in the woods between Lierop and Mierlo. She was raped and murdered. In 2011, DNA from the suspect were found on her body.

The 48-year-old Jos G. told the judge that sex in front of him was comparable with shopping in the supermarket. "It meant nothing to me." He also stated that sex was for him an escape from reality. He said he did not know what intimacy is and this is treated.

Against the judge told him that he had a wild life since his divorce in 1990 to the birth of his daughter in 1998. He had "sex in the car, in the woods, in the pool, in the cemetery."

The man has previously been convicted; twice for rape and once for aggravated assault. He had tbs when he came into the picture as a suspect in the case of Van der Hurk.

Miserere

During the hearing Nicole's family was allowed to speak. That to speak were the stepmother and sister of Nicole incidentally, not the judge. They have made their statement now spread through the media.

It states: "No child, no little sister anymore, from October 6, 1995 no complete family more From October 6th, 1995 no Nicole more disbelief, pain, sorrow, are the first words in my head actually spoken these words for twenty... years in my head. But for those who did this to her these words mean nothing, for those matters need, lust, power. Eighteen years always hoping, perhaps supplication why no guy? Why no justice? ''
