The refugees are packed and ready beside their suitcases, Houben said. "At 10:30 I still do not know whether there are buses and where to go, '' he said angrily.

According to a spokesman of the COA is the mayor mad at the wrong agency. "COA does not organize a crisis," said a spokesman for RTL News, "so does the National Operational Coordination Centre."

'Unanswered questions'

Houben wanted the refugees for several months, housing in the region, so they are not hot from having to travel back and forth. "COA rejected that offer Friday haughtily down, '' said Houben." Two hundred refugees look at me expectantly, but I know nothing ', "Houben said. "Nobody could answer my questions. ''

According to the spokesman of the COA Houben has not tried to get in touch with the organization.
