Court of Justice eight breeding ban mink legally valid

The Court had previously held that the law was invalid. Mink holders and the Nederlandse Federatie van Edelpelsdierenhouders had protested.

They made there under more objection that they had to stop their profitable companies, but that they do not obtain compensation. They got in it from the court right.
