The man who earlier this year conductress so severely abused that she suffered multiple fractures in her face, was sentenced to one year in prison and hospital order with compulsory treatment.
The 27-year old Dutchman Swendley R.'s been since March, in custody, his detention is deducted from the prison. According to the judge proved that he is the 44-year-old conductress Bianca has severely beaten on March 6.
Troublesome traveler
The Amsterdam could not remember anything of the abuse. According to police, she only knew she was between Schiphol and Hoofddorp did her last round and she encountered a troublesome passenger in first class who would not get off the train.
Swendley R. was arrested shortly after the assault. He has always denied. According to psychiatrists, he was chronically psychotic. That would come partly because R. former self is much abused.
'Bianca now needs help with everything'
"They can never smell it. They see double and locked in her house," said Bianca's lawyer during a previous session. "She has since not the same. For March 6 she was an energetic woman, but now she can really nothing more to do alone."
