Aid workers have in a family with two neglected children in Roelofarendsveen large stabbing drop. The aid workers were not working well together and have done little with signs of abuse.
According to a report by the Youth Care Inspectorate and the Health Care Inspectorate.A twelve year old girl in February was found severely chilled in her family home. Her stepmother had called an ambulance because the girl became ill. She ended up in critical condition in a hospital.
The OM had the girl including in the freezing cold on a wet mattress to sleep with an open window. Later it became clear that the older brother of the girl neglected and maltreated.Thus, his mouth sealed with tape. He also had to undergo humiliation.
Biological father disbelieved
The father (45) and stepmother (34) attached. Justice suspects them of attempted manslaughter. According to the inspection there were concerns since 2003 about the family. In 2008 and in 2009 the school reported that the children were mistreated possible. The biological mother complained, but it was not believed because of the divorce.
Over the years, the family had seven family guardians. One of them wanted the children leave home in 2011 places, but father and stepmother filed a complaint and the governor was replaced. Another supervisor wanted the children away, but father and stepmother repelled the rescuer when their house. A GP and a pediatrician examined one of the children on abuse, but not among themselves.
