Several European capitals are warned of a possible attack between Christmas and New Years, says the Austrian police.
The warning comes from an unnamed "friendly" security. Or Amsterdam also warned, it is not yet clear.
In the Austrian newspaper Der Standard says the police that there are names mentioned potential bombers. Specific information about the attack was not given.

"In the run up to Christmas is a friendly security service sent out a warning to several European cities," said the Austrian police. "It was alerted to a shooting or a bomb between Christmas and New Years in crowded places."
The National Coordinator for Counterterrorism and Security is aware of the message from Austria. The general warning is known and which endorses the need for vigilance, says a spokesman for the NCTb.
