Police have been recently several reports from the flat in Drachten, which tonight is partly collapsed.
During a press conference, said a spokesman of the police officers have been several times in the apartment, but he would not say who did the reports and which that went.
He also declined to answer the question of whether the rumor is true that someone had threatened to stabbing the apartment on fire.
When the collapsed apartment is done forensic examination to determine the cause. The building is turned off and guarded day and night to secure personal belongings of residents.
Alternative accommodation
In the building are 38 apartments, 12 of which have collapsed. The residents are following the explosion the flat out back. Moments later collapsed part of the building.
In all, some twenty apartments uninhabitable, said a spokesman for the housing association. He assumes that approximately 45 people must be found alternative accommodation.
The explosion is an occupant injured. It is a 46-year-old man; it lies with burns in the hospital.
