Boxtel has decided not to lodge an appeal in the case concerning the electrocution of the 20-year-old Judy. That made the town Thursday.
On March 25, made the right decision in the investigation into the death of Janneke van Gaal from Boxtel. In January 2013 Judy came out of the shower by electrocution killed in a building which Boxtel was the owner. In an internal memo, the house was once called "actually uninhabitable.
Both the municipality and anti-squatting owner Camelot been declared guilty by the court and sentenced to pay a fine of 60,000 euros. Boxtel has decided to abide by this decision and will not appeal. The decision partly stems from compassion for the bereaved, as the municipality is requested not to appeal.
