According to the regulator, the European intelligence services can not cope with the threat. In the past 12 months there have been 22 attempted attacks prevented by European intelligence services. That's almost two per month. The year before there were 13.
Leaky borders

The Committee believes it is increasingly difficult to prevent attacks in the future by the large group of refugees in Europe.
Recruitment in shelters
In Germany alone the past year 300 attempts to recruit refugees in shelters for jihad.
There are 5,000 Europeans traveled to Syria and Iraq. In 1000 it returned to only four European countries: Britain, France, Germany and Belgium.
