Good news for animal lovers: the electronic collar for dogs will be banned from 1 January. This RTL News reported on its website.
Not only the "shock collars" will soon be prohibited, including devices that dog owners electric shock, can emit electromagnetic signals or radiation to hurt with their four-legged friend may never be sold after that date.
The collars are ever created so that dog owners could give a jolt their pets at a distance.They do this for example when the animal is not listening. According to the government, however, the measure is not necessary, because the natural behavior of a dog prohibited.Moreover, you can also teach dogs without this kind of material of all.
EXCEPTION
There is an exception by the government when it comes to dog trainers or other specialists.They may have the attributes necessary to ensure that dogs are not a danger to others.
