AMSTERDAM - Housing in nursing homes is far too expensive. This criticism does not concern bosses and senior citizens who hope to run an economy, but a former landlord for care.
This Roger Loy rented until recently a complex of temporary housing to Amstelring in Amsterdam. For hundreds of little rooms and 67 apartments Van Loy received 261 500 euros monthly basic rent credited. That is more than 1560 euro per unit.
